According to a previous document of inheritance and settlement, a house located in the Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, including the yard, trees, a well, and a kitchen, had been transferred from Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of the late Mulla Fazl‘ali, to his wife, Bibi Husná Jan, and his two daughters, Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah. The inheritors have divided the shares as follows: as a result of a settlement Husná Jan owns two sixths of the house and Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah have each inherited two sixths of the house. Request for testimony regarding inheritance
Mirza Muhammad Rahim requests testimony on the following: that four-sixths of a house, located in Sang-i Siyah neighborhood [Shiraz], belonged to the late Hajiyah Khanum Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ‘Ali Sayyid Mirzayi, and her inheritors are Mirza Muhammad Rahim and his sister (on his mother's side), Shams Hajiyah, the daughter of the late Haji Mirza ‘Abd Allah. The house is currently in Mirza Muhammad Rahim's possession. On the margin seven people have testified.
